Savills’ Notting Hill office director Lynton Williams negotiated the lease at 12 Fiveways Boulevard, which comprises a 734 sqm office and warehouse facility with a 200 sqm office component.
Williams said the tenant would pay an annual net rental of circa $58,500. The lessor is a Melbourne based private investor.
“The tenant required a larger facility that would accommodate its recent expansion and at the same time allow for anticipated growth in the business.
“The facility provided for those requirements as well as a location close to freeways and in one of Melbourne’s most rapidly growing corridors,” Williams said.
