We’ve no doubt that the excellent tenant mix we have created coupled with the unrivalled connectivity of this estate, within an area of engineering excellence, will see our agents secure the final occupier in no time.”
Colliers International, White Commercial and Brown & Co are the joint leasing agents for Arrow Park.
James Haestier, director, Industrial & Logistics for Colliers International, said: “This latest letting means that there is now only one unit remaining at Arrow Park.We have had steady interest for space on the park since the spec build completed in 2018, with occupiers attracted by the high specification of the space and strategic location; in the heart of the ‘Motorsport Triangle’.”
