PRIVATE investors have purchased two industrial properties in Melbourne.
ICR Property Group’s Raff De Luise and Guy Naselli negotiated the sale of 58-64 Parer Rd at Airport West, in Melbourne’s north-west, for $1.36 million.
The 2,200 sqm building sits on a 2,433 sqm site and holds four titles.
In a second transaction, De Luise and Naselli sold 64-68 Stubbs St Kensington in the inner west for $2.225 million.
The two-storey building comprises 1,069 sqm of space and sits on a 823.8 sqm site.
