The vacant 172-178 Milperra Road property in Revesby has a building area of 843sqm and sold with potential to be split into six units ranging from 84sqm to 196sqm.
The sale price reflected a floor rate of $2,740 per sqm.
The site has six separate roller doors, various amenities, ten allocated car spaces and hardstand yard area, and is located close to Milperra Road the M5 Motorway.
Robert McLaurin of Niemeyer Commercial Industrial Property marketed the site, which was auctioned by Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks.
