A WAREHOUSE style office building within The Ternary complex in Melbourne’s city fringe suburb of Richmond has sold for $920,000 after it was passed in at auction.
Ryan Milivojac and Jarrod Moran of CVA marketed the two-level office of 124.6 sqm at 6/1 Bromham Place, which has a ground-floor fit-out and open-plan first floor space, as well as two allocated on-site parking spaces and a private balcony.
It is located close to tram routes on Church Street and Bridge Road.
The sale price reflected a building rate of more than $7,300 per sqm.
