WARREN Ebert’s Sentinel Property Group has secured new leases at its Citilink business centre at Bowen Hills.
The leases accountant for more than half of the property’s total NLA of 15,620 sqm as well as parking for 285 vehicles.
Sentinel acquired the property for $62 million in December 2014 and in the past six months has secured new leases and renewals totalling 9,500 sqm.
A total of seven new lease and renewal transactions, negotiated by Citilink leasing agents Neill Read and Mitch Connell of Trident Corporation, have been concluded or are close to be finalised, pushing total occupancy at the property up to 100%.
Sentinel has signed up various Queensland state government departments, health-related operators and private businesses.
“To secure 9,500 sqm of new leases across the property has effectively re-positioned this asset to fully capitalise on its strategic, high-profile location,” Ebert said.
Citilink is set on a large 12,690 sqm site and also provides potential for future redevelopment.
