SOUTH Yarra Volkswagen has taken over the former Essendon Mazda site and will open Australia’s largest dedicated Skoda dealership.
Joseph Carbone and Frank Vinci of Vinci Carbone Property negotiated the deal on behalf of the Andrews and Wallis Group.
Located at 165-169 Keilor Rd Essendon, the site will be branded Essendon Skoda. The property was previously occupied by Essendon Mazda who relocated to a larger purpose built facility at the Essendon Fields redevelopment.
The subject property comprises a total land area of 3,550 sqm situated on the corner of Keilor Rd and Roberts Rd Essendon.
The facility comprises a showroom fronting Keilor Rd together ancillary workshop and administration buildings.
Essendon Motors Pty Ltd has leased the property for a total of five years at a commencing rental of $375,000 per annum plus all outgoings.
