AN owner occupier has forked out $2.1 million for a warehouse facility in Melbourne's south eastern suburbs of Springvale.
Crabtrees Real Estate’s director Chris McKenzie sold the property located at 12 Longford Court Springvale to food processor Fortune Tofu for their own occupancy.
It was previously owned and occupied by the Ironman four wheel drive accessories business, which relocating to a new purpose-built development in Greens Rd Dandenong South being developed on their behalf by the Elite Property Group.
The building is situated on a site of 3,042 sqm and 66 sqm of office accommodation.
“The building was offered on behalf of the owner with vacancy available within about three months when Ironman will commence their relocation to their new development in Dandenong South,” McKenzie said.
