LEND Lease has signed an agreement with the Western Australian government to develop the 145-hectare Alkimos Central site, in Alkimos Beach in Perth’s north.
The site will yield 1,600 lots and accommodate about 4,650 residents.
The deal was signed with the WA government’s land and development agency LandCorp.
The entire Alkimos Beach project, about 40 kilometres north of Perth, will comprise up to 10,000 dwellings when completed, with 700 homes delivered so far.
Lend Lease is also developing the Waterbank project in the city’s east.
