TISHMAN Speyer Office Fund has executed 23 leases across its portfolio.
In the three months September 30, TSO signed 23 leases covering 201,700 sq ft of office space, comprising 110,500 sq ft of new and expansion leases and 91,200 sq ft of renewal leases.
TSO said operating conditions during the quarter continued to reflect a healthy, albeit moderating, level of activity in TSO’s markets.
There was significant progress in the management of near term Chicago leasing exposure, with 51,000 sq ft of new leases signed at AT&T Corporate Center, further reducing AT&T Corporation’s 2009 lease rollover by 21,400 sq ft.
– The successful extension of the 38,000 square foot Greater Philadelphia Media lease at Bala Plaza for eleven years.
As at September 30, the portfolio was 94.4% leased compared to 97.8% leased at June 30 as a result the expiration of the 295,000 sq ft USG Corporation lease on July 31, of which 125,000 sq ft was pre-leased to GATX.
