VILLA World Limited has paid $7.2 million for a site at Waterford, within the Woodlands estate being developed by Lend Lease.
Located south of Brisbane, the site is expected to yield approximately 81 lots.
“This purchase is an example of Villa World’s willingness to enter into strategic transactions with larger property groups, to take advantage of our capacity to deliver house and land product,” Villa World CEO Craig Treasure said.
This project is expected to commence contributing to revenue during FY16.
Earlier this week, Villa World bought two South East Queensland sites at Joyner for $7.4 million, and Mango Hill for $6.25 million.
