THREE industrial units in Melbourne’s Wantirna South have sold for a total of $1.9 million to a local investor, on a tight yield of 4.25%, having been offered to the market for the first time in 34 years.
Crabtrees’ Gavin Dumas and Megan Miles marketed Units 1, 2 & 3, 109 Lewis Rd, comprising three self contained warehouses of 280 sqm each with tenants in place projected future rental upside.
Miles said high demand for quality industrial investments generated several offers exceeding expectations, and a sale prior to the official close date of the expressions of interest campaign.
