SOUTHERN Sydney’s Wolli Creek has witnessed what is believed to be a record industrial sale, with a warehouse property trading at a rate of $4,954 per sqm.
Commercial Property Group’s Hayden Bennett and Damen Astey handled the $2.7 million sale of 1 Arncliffe St, which had been occupied long-term by a logistics business.
The property has 450 sqm building on 545 sqm of land zoned B4 mixed use, with a floor space ratio of 2.85:1 allowing for a building height of up to 28 metres.
It includes a double car garage and off-street parking, and is positioned between Wolli Creek and Arncliffe train stations and close to Sydney airport and the M5 Mwy.
