A DA approved site in the Wollongong CBD has changed hands for $1.2 million.
The 854 sqm site at 2 Victoria St Wollongong was sold with a permit for commercial and retail building, plus 20 car parking spaces.
The site was sold by Ray White Commercial`s Ben Mostyn and Rob Anstee.
“This sale highlights the strength of the DA Approved market in the Wollongong CBD. The property is ideally located just 200 metres from GPT’s recently completed $200 million Wollongong Central and 800m to Wollongong Train Station.
“We had strong interest in this site from both local and out of town developers and investors,” Mostyn said.
