Studio’s owner Rose Mackenzie has leased retail space at 2/25 Hastings St in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Noosa’s Gary Anders.
Anders said the tenancy is located in the beachfront Tingirana Noosa Resort and is one of four fashion shops in the complex, the other three all being long term tenants.
“Rose Mackenzie is a long time successful retailer of women’s fashion in Noosa Heads and Noosaville and she was keen to find another location in Hastings St after previously opening ‘Wardrobe.
“When shop 2 in Tingirana Noosa Resort became available she saw the opportunity to secure a high profile, centrally located shop on Hastings St was too good to miss,” he added.
Studio has taken up a 56 sqm tenancy on a 3 x 3 year lease from Arthur MacWitton Pty Ltd, at a rental rate that market sources estimate to be around $145,000 gross per annum.
Anders said the Hastings St precinct was bouncing back after a difficult trading period caused in part by the La Nina weather pattern which caused continual heavy rain in the Sunshine Coast region over the summer.
