An office building in British Columbia’s Okanagan region and adjacent development land has hit the market asking $17m.
The property at 237-245 Leon Avenue and 1635 Abbott Street in Kelowna consists of a four-lot land assembly coming in at about .72 of an acre. Royal LePage has the marketing assignment.
The two-storey, six-unit building is fully tenanted, and the package includes additional lands ready for development in downtown Kelowna.
The marketing campaign says the property could be developed into high-density, mixed-use buildings.
A short walk from Hot Sands Beach and City Park, 237-245 Leon Avenue is also in the heart of the city, with abundant shopping and entertainment options.
Kelowna is the largest city in central B.C., with more than 150,000 residents. The city is 270 km northeast of Vancouver and hosts an international airport.
