A TENANTED industrial strata unit at Nundah in Brisbane's north has been sold by Ray White for $1.455 million.
The property at 5/2 Jenner St Nundah was sold off market to a private investor by Ray White’s Dan Costello on behalf of a private vendor.
Costello said the property, which has two tenants and is returning gross rental of approximately $143,000 per annum.
“We had sold another unit in this complex at auction and subsequently there was interest in this property from the unsuccessful bidders. This unit was hotly contested by two parties and we ended up with multiple offers, which was great news for the sellers.
“The sale price and passing yield highlights how prospective investors are keen on tenanted, high quality, well positioned industrial units in the inner Brisbane region,” Costello said.
The 862 sqm building included a 440 sqm warehouse with drive through access and an approximately 422 sqm partitioned and open plan office.
