Primelife chairman Robert Champion de Crespigny, AC has resigned from the board of Primelife.
Primelife said the decision is a result of his recent move to the United Kingdom.
Meanwhile, the recently appointed deputy chairman, Professor Judith Sloan has been appointed as chairman of Primelife.
“On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Robert for the enormous contribution his has made over the last three years,” Professor Sloan said.
“Robert has overseen the complete restructuring and recapitalising of the business, including the implementation of a new business model which now focuses on delivering sustainable long term shareholder growth,” she added.
