CROWN Group has launched six luxury penthouse apartments in its V by Crown in Parramatta, to take advantage of buyers demand for high-end products.
Last year the group sold all four level-27 penthouse apartments in its $250-million Sydney by Crown within 45 minutes of the official launch. A 150 sqm master penthouse, the only apartment on the building’s top level is set be retained as a serviced-apartment suite.
Crown Group director of project and commercial sales Roy Marcellus said the success of Sydney by Crown’s penthouses is proof the luxury market is alive and well.
“The phenomenal sales results reflect customers’ awareness of the premium quality and exclusivity we’re introducing through our penthouse collections,” he added.
Similarly Marcellus said five penthouses on level 20 at Skye by Crown development in North Sydney were also snapped up very quickly.
The final penthouse apartment at Skye by Crown was sold last week.
“The rapid sale of all five penthouses reflects the demand for luxury apartments with a private, luxury oasis on the upper-floors of the building,” he continued.
Buoyed by the success of the two projects, Crown has included six penthouse apartments in the Allen Jack + Cottier-designed V by Crown in Parramatta. The penthouses are slated for sales release in late 2015 and will occupy the two upper levels of the 29-storey tower, which will comprise 590 dwellings.
Crown Group director of project and commercial sales Anthony Falas said there is already strong interest for the penthouse apartment collection.
“The penthouses at V by Crown will be arguably Parramatta’s most outstanding apartments showcasing all the benefits of luxury living in Sydney’s second CBD.
“These apartments will raise the bar for luxury living in Western Sydney,” Falas said.
