A TWO-storey showroom, office and warehouse property at 1890 Sydney Rd Campbellfield has sold at auction for $592,500.
Sutherland Farrelly`s Grant Sutherland negotiated the sale of the 550 sqm property.
Sutherland said the property was offered for sale with vacant possession and was ideally suited to an owner occupier or an investor.
“The property was purchased by an owner occupier following competitive bidding,” he concluded.
