A HAWTHORN East retail property in Melbourne’s inner eastern suburbs has sold at auction for $917,000.
Gross Waddell’s Benjamin Klein and Alex negotiated the sale of the 604 Burwood Rd Hawthorn East property, which was offered with vacant possession.
The single storey shop comprises 120 sqm and occupies a 134 sqm site, located within the Auburn Village shopping centre.
“The auction attracted 40 people approximately with four bidders competing for the property which was eventually sold to a local investor,” Klein said.
“Being situated in one of Melbourne’s most affluent tightly held retail precincts, 604 Burwood Rd presented an outstanding retail investment opportunity.” He concluded.
