O’NEILL Media Group has quickly leased the ground floor of the 167-169 Moray Street building in South Melbourne, ensuring no vacancy period for the landlord.
It will pay $41,020 per annum over three years for the 140 sqm fitted-out space, which has an open plan area, boardroom and two offices.
Lemon Baxter’s Amy Jones, who negotiated the deal and said there is no comparable stock in the market.
