WOOMERA Mining has leased a new office space in the Aurora Building at 147 Pirie Street, Adelaide.
Savills’ Adam Hartley and Alexandra McGee negotiated the lease transfer for Suite 116 within 48 hours for a tenant wishing to break their lease.
Hartley said the tenant wanted to break its lease as the company’s project work was finished ahead of schedule, and there was still more than a year on the lease.
The suite has a modern office fit-out as well as boardrooms and a reception area.
“Compared to open-plan offices, this layout is not as in demand but it was just what Woomera Mining was in the market for,” McGee said.
The building’s amenities include a rooftop patio, rooftop gym, spa and event rooms.
