A STANDALONE industrial building in Melbourne’s Keilor East has sold to an owner occupier for $2.616 million at auction, for $500,000 above reserve, after attracting 70 bids from six parties.
Anthony Carbone and Leo Mancino of CVA sold the vacant 30 Webber Parade property, which comprises a 1,631 sqm warehouse building with 314 sqm of office space on a 2,038 sqm site.
It has a 21-metre frontage to Webber Parade and 18 on-site parking spaces, and is located just off Slater Parade and close to the Western Ring Road and Keilor Park Drive.
