AN investor has laid out $928,000 for an industrial freehold in Melbourne’s eastern suburb of Wantirna, leased to Singapore-based IPC Global on a short-term deal.
Aldo Galante and Mario Nobrega of Gorman Kelly negotiated the private sale of the 1,063 sqm site at 4 Wadhurst Drive, which has a 561 sqm building with a high clearance warehouse of 431 sqm and light-filled office space, and 10 on-site parking spaces.
It sold with an annual return of $52,200 per annum plus GST.
