The hospitality building at 107 Queen Street was offered as suited to a range of uses from retail to corporate headquarters use.
It sold with an on-premises license from 5am to midnight, six days a week, kitchen, grease trap and cool room, features outdoor seating and is adjacent to a council car park.
Allan Levy and Jerry Leis of Metro Commercial marketed the property, which was auctioned by Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks.
