A WAREHOUSE in Sydney’s western suburbs has sold under the hammer for $6.5 million at auction, surpassing its reserve by $800,000.
A private investor purchased 17 Lisbon St in Fairfield East, which comprises a freestanding 1,070 sqm warehouse on a fully secure and concreted site area of 5,574 sqm.
CBRE’s Elijah Shakir and John Tsoutsa managed the campaign.
The property sold with a 12-month lease-back to Carways Pty Ltd with an annual net rental of $280,000 plus GST.
Tsoutsa said the listing offered an array of options to developers, investors and owner occupiers.
