AGENTS Stanton Hillier Parker joining forces in a commercial agreement with CI Australia, boosting their reach in the Australian and international market.
Stanton Hillier Parker (SHP) has announced a strategic commercial agreement with CI Australia, a wholly-owned subsidiary of APP Corporation Pty Limited, which is effective from 1 February 2024.
Leading personnel from CI Australia have joined forces with SHP, building up their portfolio of services to include asset management, capital and metropolitan markets, research and consultancy, office leasing, and occupier services.
Across Sydney, SHP will expand its agency capability to four offices – Sydney CBD, North Sydney, South Sydney, and Southwestern Sydney – enhancing its agency and marketing capabilities.
The partnership reflects SHP’s commitment to growth and diversification, while providing its clients with a wide suite of services and a strong alternative to the major agencies.
“The opportunity to combine forces with key talent from CI Australia is truly exciting. The strength and loyalty across the high-quality client base will establish a market-leading agency team that is well-positioned for service excellence and growth under the Stanton Hillier Parker platform,” said Eugene Evgenikos, managing partner at Stanton Hillier Parker, Australia.
“This partnership will not only bolster our presence in the Australian market but also enhance our international outreach.”
CI Australia will still operate under its established brand under the leadership of Aaron Gaida.
“On behalf of the entire CI Australia team we would like to say thank you to our valued clients and partners for their support over the past few decades,” said Andrew Hunter, chief executive of CI Australia, who will also play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition.
“CI Australia is built on trusted and respected relationships, and I am confident that the Stanton Hillier Parker business will continue to strengthen these partnerships going forward.”
Both CI Australia and SHP promise continuity in service with minimal operational changes from the transition.
