A MODERN industrial at Gepps Cross in Adelaide’s popular inner northern industrial precinct has been sold by Colliers International for $1.1 million.
Located at 12 Scania Court, Gepps Cross the property was sold with vacant possession. It comprises an office warehouse facility with an approximate building area of 1,200 sqm, over a large site area of 2,850 sqm.
Colliers director Paul Tierney said the property represented a great opportunity for an owner occupier or an investor to secure a site within a tightly held industrial area at an affordable price.
He added that the property offers great flexibility with two street frontages and potential for extension or redevelopment (STCA) over the long term.
“While we received enquiry from both owner occupiers and investors, it was a local investor with a long term view who purchased the property.
“Access to the major arterials was also a drawcard, with the property located just off Cavan Road and is only a short distance from Grand Junction and Port Wakefield Roads,” he concluded.
