PHILIP Lim’s Wharf Street Family Investments is hoping for more than $80 million from the sale of the Melbourne headquarters of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank in Docklands.
The eight-level, 8,300 sqm building at 120 Harbour Esplanade is fully leased to the bank until July 2025.
It offers direct access to Southern Cross Station and uninterrupted views across Victoria Harbour, and sits next to the recently rebadged Marvel Stadium that is set for a $225 million overhaul of the venue itself and immediate surrounds.
Wharf Street also owns the 18-level 380 La Trobe Street office tower in the CBD, which it acquired from Invesco for $157 million in 2016, and 600 St Kilda Road, for which it paid $81.5 million.
