A significant development site at Melbourne’s south eastern suburb of Oakleigh has sold for privately for $1.4 million in a sale negotiated by Crabtrees Real Estate.
Located at 1611 Dandenong Road, Oakleigh, the property is east of the Warrigal Road intersection and has three titles with an Industrial 1 zoning has a total area of 1,161 sqm and a Dandenong Road frontage of just over 34 metres.
Director Chris McKenzie negotiated the sale on behalf of The Muffler Man, which offered the property as a vacant possession.
The property has been purchased by a local investor for future development.
McKenzie said that the strip along Dandenong Road east of Warrigal Road has a number of high profile occupancies on both sides that complement this section of multi-lane roadway as a major access to the nearby Chadstone Shopping Centre and the Warrigal Road access on to the M1 Arterial.
