INDEPENDENT property valuation firm M3 Property has appointed Andrew Duguid as CEO.
Duguid has more than 30 years’ and has been a director with the firm for over 20 years and was most recently the interim CEO, as well as holding the positions of managing director NSW and national sector leader for Office.
“Andrew’s in-depth knowledge of the organisation, his strategic outlook for the future of the company, his focus on our people, client engagement and business development together with continual improvement of our systems and processes were all key attributes the Board values of being vitally important to the future growth and prosperity of the company and its employees. The Board looks forward to the contribution Andrew will make to the success of the company,” M3 Property executive chair Grant Jackson said.
Duguid said he was looking forward to working with the board to build on the company’s strong foundation.

Duguid is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and serves as a Sponsor for the Property Council of Australia’s 500 Women in Property, helping to increase gender equality in the property industry.
He holds a Bachelor of Business (Property), Graduate Diploma Applied Finance & Investment and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA).
