ONE of the smallest properties in South Yarra’s Forrest Hill high-rise cluster has sold for $456,000 at auction.
Ryan Milivojac and Charles Cini of CVA marketed the 47 sqm building at Lot 653, 11-17 Daly St in Melbourne’s inner south.
The single level property was previously a car detailing workshop, and was offered with potential for an eight level extension.
The property is close to South Yarra train station, and trams and retail strips along Toorak Rd and Chapel St.
