BREEDING operation Theresa Creek has sold under the hammer for $2.35 million.
The local Goodwin family acquired the 2,250-hectare property located south-west of Clermont in Queensland’s Isaac Region.
The property has secure water backed up from the Theresa Creek dam and has a double frontage to Theresa Creek.
It is predominantly undulating broadleaf ironbark country, with improvements including steel cattle yards and three-bay shed, and is fenced into five paddocks and a holding paddock.
Matt Beard and Terry Ray of Landmark Harcourts marketed the property.
