The 15-10 Elizabeth St Hobart property was sold by Knight Frank’s Scott Newton and Matthew Wright.
The heritage listed property comprises a total building area of 807 sqm and includes two ground floor retail tenancies and seven apartments leased to Quest, on 900 sqm site, returning a net income of $195,000 p.a.
