AN investor has paid around $5.3 million for a childcare centre at 236 Harvest Home Rd Epping, in Melbourne growing northern corridor.
Beller Commercial’s Jeremy Gruzewski and Fred Nucara sold the property, leased to One Early Education Group until February 2033 with a licence for 135 places and returning $348,000 per annum.
The site of more than 3,000 sqm is on the corner of Northside Drive.
The agents said the centre has seen good growth in occupancy since opening its doors late last year.
