KNIGHT Frank has appointed JLL senior director of retail Hanna Clark as partner, head of retail valuations in Sydney.
Clarke has more than 17 years’ experience in the property industry, with 16 years focused on valuing shopping centres, and has spent five and a half years in her role at JLL. She has also held previous roles at Cushman & Wakefield, AMP Capital and CBRE.
Over the last 12 months, Clarke has worked with Scentre Group, Vicinity, Challenger, GIC, Dexus, AMP, banks, private owners and developers.
“We’re excited to be extending our reach into the retail sector and having a presence in the New South Wales retail valuations market for the first time in three years, which will further assist our clients with their investment decisions,” Knight Frank head of valuation & advisory, Alistair Carpenter said.

Clarke will focus predominantly on retail valuations in NSW and also liaise and work with Knight Frank’s interstate teams and markets.
