CBUS Property has signed a third key legal tenant for its $1.25 billion Pantscraper development at 447 Collins Street in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.
Gadens has followed fellow firms King & Wood Mallesons and HWL Ebsworth by signing 5,000sqm over levels 11-13, just over 10% of the 49,000sqm of commercial space available in the twin-tower structure.
King & Wood Mallesons have taken 8,300sqm over levels 23 to 27, and HWL Ebsworth 6,500sqm across levels 8 to 10.
