LEND Lease has appointed Michael Ullmer to its board of directors.
Ullmer currently serves as a non executive director of Fosters Group Limited and was an executive director of the National Australia Bank until his retirement in August. He is also a director of the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra.
Lend Lease chairman David Crawford welcomed him to the board.
“Michael’s 30 year career in international strategy and banking and his financial and executive management experience will be a valuable addition to the board skill set and with his appointment, I am confident that the board possesses an appropriate level of skill, expertise and experience to lead the group on behalf of securityholders, ” he added.
