MANDARIN language pre-school Bilingual By Five has leased level two of Perth CBD’s 553 Hay Street office building for the next 10 years.
It will pay $450 per sqm to Public Trustee from October 1 this year.
Savills agents James Phelan, who negotiated the deal, said Bilingual By Five is for parents who wanted their children to learn Mandarin in a practical, child-friendly space.
“The level has an adjoining balcony area at the front of Hay Street and access to the Civic Gardens that the childcare facility could utilise.”
He said it was expected the location of would be convenient for parents, close to other large buildings, such as the Old Treasury Building, Exchange Tower and Allendale Square.
