SEVERAL buyers have competed for a modern Notting Hill warehouse and office unit, which sold under the hammer for $1.38 million.
Gavin Dumas and Anthony Mondous of Crabtrees Real Estate marketed 5/29 Business Park Dr in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.
The unit of 616 sqm is leased to a long term tenant and returns a net annual rent of $69,010.
“This auction once again showed the strength of industrial property with strong competition for income driving yields lower for well-located assets,” Dumas said.
