INTERNET security firm, Pure Hacking, has signed a four-year lease at 175 Castlereagh St in Sydney's CBD, in a deal negotiated by Savills.
Savills’ David Schmidt-Lindner signed the company to suite 1.03, a 193.2 sqm office which is fully fitted with boardroom, 12 workstations, kitchen and storage area. The gross rental is $101,430 per annum.
“This provided the tenant with an opportunity to take a step up in building quality and enjoy a brand new fitout,” Schmidt-Lindner.
Owned by Centuria Property Funds, 175 Castlereagh St offers 13 levels of office accommodation and has a 4.5 star NABERs rating. The building is situated in the Midtown precinct.
