ROBINA Group’s decision to bring forward the release of stage two of Vue Terrace Homes has paid off, after it achieved a 70% sell-out with total sales exceeding $64 million.
Robina Group director Tony Tippett said the $170 million community was proving popular with purchasers.
“We have passed the 100 sale mark, which is exciting for all involved and particularly for our buyers who will become part of the Vue Terrace Home community,” he added.
Hutchinson Builders commenced construction on stage one last month.
Robina Group sales manager Azura Griffen said stage one of Vue was nearing sell-out, while stage two was more than 70% sold off-the-plan.
“We’re really pleased with the interest we’re receiving, particularly from Brisbane and Gold Coast buyers who are embracing the natural surrounds of the area,” Griffen said. “We are also hosting a lot of buyers from Sydney and Melbourne who are flying up to the Gold Coast to inspect their new purchases now construction has commenced.”
