A FIRE equipment manufacturer and wholesaler has splashed $3.1 million on a 1,630 sqm warehouse facility in Rowville for its new home.
Crabtrees Real Estate’s Luke Pitcher and Colliers International negotiated the sale of 13 Kelletts Road, which covers a 4,922 sqm site and has been approved for an extension of the warehouse to a potential size of 2,606 sqm.
Richard Wilkinson of Colliers said the hotly contested expressions of interest campaign demonstrated the strong demand being fielded for this kind of product.
The purchaser is relocating from a smaller facility to allow for further growth.
