A NATIONAL storage company has paid $3.87 million to lock away a Braybrook corner site in Melbourne’s west of 6,087 sqm across four titles.
CVA’s Anthony Carbone and Leo Mancino sold 254A-268 Ballarat Road following an expressions of interest campaign that generated more than 60 enquiries, and saw five parties take part in second round offers.
The property has an office and showroom building of 255 sqm, and features a combined frontage of more than 60 metres to Ballarat Road and over 100 metres to Annesley Street. It offers east access to the Western Ring Road.
