A CORNER office in the historic SFV House building at 2 Barrack Street in Sydney’s CBD has sold under the hammer for $3.01 million.
The vacant Suite 10 of 204 sqm on level one of the building was offered with a single car space on a separate title, and comprises a mixture of offices and open-plan work spaces, high ceilings and large windows.
SFV House was built in 1892 in the Victorian Free Classical style and is positioned in the CBD’s west end, between Clarence and York Streets.
Tim Noonan and Jonathon Bull of Noonan Property marketed the offering, which was auctioned by Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks.
