A 41-unit apartment building in Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant neighbourhood has been floated for $17.7m.
Dorset Realty Group has the marketing assignment for the 23,000 sq ft property on behalf of an unknown vendor. The valuation works out to $432,000/unit.
At 11 East 11th Avenue, the property falls under the city’s Broadway Plan, meant to encourage housing creation, and could be redeveloped into a 20-storey rental tower.
The building, constructed in 1968, is near Vancouver City Hall, the vibrant Mount Pleasant shopping and entertainment district and is 2 km south of downtown Vancouver.
It is also 300 m from the Mount Pleasant SkyTrain station, scheduled to open in late 2027 when the Broadway expansion is complete.
