Wentworth Holdings has bought the management rights to the Windsor On Kent in Sydney.
The property is a four star boutique apartment complex located at 363 Kent Street and comprises 192 permanent residential units of which 109 are in the letting pool.
Wentworth’s executive director Kingsley Lamont said the return from the Windsor On Kent will be in excess of 19% based on the $3 million management rights and real estate investment we have made.
The acquisition takes the number of properties under Wentworth’s management to 11 buildings in Sydney.
