Prével has begun construction on a residential project as part of its Esplanade Cartier development in Montreal’s Sainte-Marie neighbourhood.
The firm, in partnership with Ipso Facto, TGTA, Desjardins and Pomerleau, is building a 20-storey building on Lot 3 of the project. Completion is expected in summer 2026.
Amenities are slated to include a cafe-style lobby with coworking space, a rooftop terrace with grills and an outdoor pool, as well as access to a sports centre. The project is close to the Papineau metro station and the Jacques Cartier Bridge.
Prével said the rental building on Lot 2 opened to residents in June and is now 60% leased.
