Avison Young has appointed Jamie McPetrie as a principal and managing director to lead its office in Winnipeg, effective July 1.
McPetrie, who has been with Avison Young since 2004, is replacing Wes Schollenberg, who will remain with the firm as a senior vice president.
In Winnipeg, McPetrie will focus on revenue growth. He’ll work alongside principals Paul Douglas and Steven Paulus. Douglas focuses on business development and human resources, while Paulus specializes in real estate financial strategy.
